One of the greatest guitarists of all time, Pt. Vishwa Mohan Bhatt will be performing at the Kannadotsava this year on September 18th. It is nothing short of a once in a lifetime opportunity to be able to watch Pt. Bhatt perform. Not only is he very well renowned in India, but he is also internationally acclaimed and he has won a Grammy award in 1994. He has also played with the likes of Eric Clapton in the Crossroads guitar festival.

We can with at most confidence say that you will be missing a lot if you miss this concert that costs just $6 for KKNC members!

This year Kannadotsava is going to be a fun-filled carnival of both indoor programs as well as outdoor activities - Performances by world-class artists (Uday Jadoogar, Pt. Vishwa Mohan Bhatt) as well as popular local talents (Shesha, Parimala) indoors and lots of fun activities from KKNC as well as various related organizations outdoors.

Note: September 18th happens to be Vishnuvardhan's 60th birthday too! Another reason for his fans to get together and remember him.

KKNC proudly presents Nritya Milana, a spectacular dance performance by PAMPA dance academy, to benefit a hospital local to the bay area. All proceeds from this event go to the cancer research fund of Packard Children's Hospital in Palo Alto.
